Exchange Eligibility

 

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

 

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

 

Exchanges are applicable for size or design only.

 

Exchange Process

 

1. Email us at akhirkaarofficial01@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @akhirkaarofficial within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

 

2. Mention your order number, item to exchange, and reason for the exchange.

 

 

3. Once approved, ship the product back to us. Return shipping is borne by the customer.

 

 

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch your exchange item within 2–4 business days.

 

Important Notes

 

We currently do not offer refunds—only exchanges.

 

In rare cases of a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
