Akhirkaar takes responsibility for all the personal data (such as your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth and financial or credit card information) that you share with us when you create a personal profile.
We offer exchange only in case there is a damaged piece issued from company's end but if its broken while using then we do not claim any exchange or refund. Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies of such matter within 2 working days of receiving the product. Product Replacement charges will be Rs. 200/-
- Akhirkaar holds the responsibility to reject any exchange claim if not met with company policy as mentioned in the paragraph above.
- There is no exchange of customized product if you do not like the product after receiving it.
- As a company policy, we do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer safe and secure credit, debit payment options for Visa and MasterCard holders. We also offer Cash on Delivery in Pakistan.
Please note following terms and conditions:
- No returns/refunds or exchanges will be entertained except broken items received within 2 days if informed immediately.
- If the address is incomplete or wrong the parcel will not be delivered to the destination.
- Do not place an order on behalf of any person as this may lead to delay or parcel misplacement.
- We are not responsible if the rider is at your place and you could not collect the parcel.
- Parcel will not be canceled if its on its way to your destination.
- parcel cannot be canceled on the delivery day.
